Review by hotel critic
As a seasoned surf instructor from Milan who has traversed Portugal's waves, I recently found myself at Eurostars during a gourmet getaway. Upon entering, the sleek on-site restaurant beckoned with its European-inspired flavors. My dining experience began with a memorable local wine and tapas pairing in the AC Lounge(R), setting the stage for a culinary journey through Portuguese and Mediterranean delights. The Iberian wines perfectly complemented each dish, elevating the meal to a sensorial symphony. The lounges, fitted with modern technical amenities, provided a seamless setting for business meetings or casual gatherings. The staff's attention to detail and dedication to culinary innovation shone through, creating a welcoming atmosphere that catered to both local flavors and international palates.Adjacent to culinary gems like Hamburgueria do Chef and Sapore, Eurostars offered a gastronomic haven within reach. The breakfast buffet, though not extravagant, served as a satisfying start to the day, mirroring the European standard. In essence, Eurostars presented a culinary oasis where European tastes harmonized with exceptional service, making it a delightful stop for discerning palates seeking a taste of Portugal's gastronomic treasures.
